Of Finland, Work and Sex Scandals
It was a nice Sunday. Our high school section decided to meet up for the (2nd? 3rd?) nth time this year, and yay! we succeeded. So there we were at Gerry's in Glorietta, reliving the 'good ole days', speaking pure Ilonggo all throughout - we were so loud! (No wonder all the other tables were empty)
We talked about everything! Europe - Finland particularly (for someone's wedding). Eda, if you're reading this, we are serious, we really do wanna come, oh, and good luck on your exams.
We also talked about work - someone is leaving work, someone is enjoying work, someone is too tired of work. Yes, work, work, and a whole lotta work.
Now on to the juicy (?) part. Get-togethers would never be complete without these juicy parts. Who got pregnant, who got married, who just made a sex scandal - kinda like Christmas, we were making a list of those who were naughty. Nice? well, not so much, focus was on the naughty part.
But of course, those were just fillers. Most of the time, we reminisced and recounted stories during High School. We laughed about our petty fights, laughed more on our bloopers and great classmates who never fail to amuse us. And of course we planned for something great to come.
At the end of the day, we were full! Full of the past memories, present happenings, and future plans.
